- Lead and support Axiom regulatory reporting implementations for banking clients, with a focus on agency reports including Call Reports (FFIEC 031/041), FR Y-9C, FR 2644, FR 2900, and FR Y-9LP.
- Partner with clients and project teams to gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements, translating complex regulatory instructions into effective Axiom reporting solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise and challenge reporting requirements, design decisions, and implementation approaches to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
- Advise on reporting logic, taxonomy design, source-to-target mapping, and data requirements to support accurate and compliant regulatory reporting.
- Drive best practices related to regulatory reporting automation, data governance, controls, and data quality management.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory guidance, and examiner focus areas, incorporating insights into implementation and remediation efforts.
- Support project delivery activities including planning, issue and risk management, requirement traceability, stakeholder communications, and status reporting.
- Collaborate across business, data, and technology teams to manage dependencies, resolve challenges, and keep project milestones on track.
- Assist with parallel-run activities, report validation, cutover planning, and go-live readiness assessments for regulatory reporting implementations.
- Develop and maintain documentation including business rules, data lineage, reporting processes, and control frameworks to support audit and regulatory requirements.
- Guide quality assurance and user acceptance testing efforts, reviewing results and validating reporting outputs affected by system or process changes.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance, helping to strengthen regulatory reporting and consulting capabilities across project teams.
