Manager, Identity Security and Governance

Role: Manager specializing in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt Identity Governance within the Advisory Technology Organization.

• Lead implementation and configuration of SailPoint ISC and Saviynt solutions, including design, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Design identity governance solutions covering identity lifecycle, access requests, certifications, workflows, policies, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, guide onboarding activities, and ensure successful technical delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery initiatives.
• Develop technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures aligned with best practices.
• Support AI-enabled identity governance features like automated access analysis, lifecycle automation, and security insights.

• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years on SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
• Experience implementing enterprise IGA solutions, including onboarding, lifecycle management, access controls, and migration.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, regulatory compliance, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proven ability to lead technical work streams, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI analytics, workflow automation, and emerging identity security technologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the capacity to lead technical discussions.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
