Sales Force BARoles and Responsibilities
• The Salesforce Business Analyst has hands on experience implementing Sales Force functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders during the implementation phase.
• Experience working with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement Sales Force.
• Must possess strong configuration skills such as such as creating screens, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards , lightning UI and other configuration related activities.
• Must be willing to work with Developers as needed for complex customization.
• Experience implementing Sales Force solutions using Agile methodology.
• Must also work closely with Scrum Master and other team members in a collaborative manner to achieve common team objectives.
• Must also present Prototypes/Demos to business users as required.
• This resource is also expected to participate in daily stand up meetings as well as all other activities normally expected from a scrum team.
• 5+ years of work experience is required

Basic Qualifications
• Has hands on experience in several large, global implementations using Sales Force in some of the following areas:
Sales Force Sales Cloud, Sales Force Service Cloud, Financial Force, Sales Force Communities, Sales Force Custom Cloud)
• 3+ years implementing Sales Force
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• 3-5 years of direct consulting experience
• Familiarity with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools
• Sales Force certifications preferred
