The Director of Loyalty and Rewards Technology and Digital Execution is accountable for translating loyalty and rewards business strategy into digital and technology execution, ensuring a seamless end-to-end client experience across digital channels. This role serves as the primary technology-facing leader and single point of contact for cross-functional delivery—owning the relationship with key Technology partners and external vendors (including Zafin), and driving alignment across Operations, Digital Servicing, and Technology to deliver launch-ready capabilities.

- 1. Translate loyalty and rewards strategy, client journeys, and business needs into clear, prioritized functional and technical requirements that enable effective delivery.
- 2. Serve as the primary business contact for Technology teams delivering Loyalty and Rewards capabilities, including ownership of the day-to-day relationship with Zafin.
- 3. Own the end-to-end digital client experience for loyalty and rewards, ensuring experiences are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with program intent across digital channels.
- 4. Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Digital Servicing teams to drive aligned execution and resolve delivery dependencies.
- 5. Lead delivery execution within established governance and delivery frameworks, ensuring backlogs are prioritized, teams are unblocked, and milestones are met.
- 6. Drive end-to-end launch readiness for loyalty and rewards initiatives, including operational readiness, digital servicing readiness, testing validation, and go-live decisioning.
- 7. Coordinate UAT, business validation, and post-launch hyper-care to ensure releases meet quality standards and issues are resolved quickly.
- 8. Ensure Operations, Digital Servicing, and Technology teams are aligned on process impacts, servicing workflows, controls, and escalation paths.
- 9. Provide clear, concise status reporting on delivery progress, risks, issues, and decisions to business and functional leadership.

Required Qualifications:
- 1. Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience;
- 2. Ten years of experience in digital delivery, product/technology execution, platform implementation, or technology program leadership in a complex, matrixed environment;
