Capgemini is a global major in value-added Digital Supply Chain services for its clients. As part of this rapidly growing business segment, you will play a critical role in implementation, deployments and performance improvement of Kinaxis Rapid Response. As a Solution consultant, the key responsibilities, skills, experience and educational requirements are:

Key Responsibilities Should possess strong end-to-end Supply chain management business functional experience with integrated ERP and SCM Software platforms

Ability to visualize cross-functional business process across Demand planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Production planning & Scheduling etc across various business lines

Should have hands-on implementation and support experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response for different modules.

Create functional design documentation, software specifications, testing/training scenarios and evaluate business processes for improvement opportunities

Provide expert functional and process guidance on system capabilities and solution approaches.

Configure Kinaxis Rapid Response and customize solutions as per clients’ requirements

Be a part of an Agile project team utilizing the Agile / Scrum methodologies, working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, closely partnering with business stakeholders.

Key Experience and Education Requirements4-5 years of recent experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response or similar solution implementations

Prior Solution developer experience of 2-3 projects on Kinaxis Rapid Response platform across industry verticals.

Experience in FMCG/CPG/Retail/Manufacturing industry. Multinational exposure is preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Tier-1 Engineering Colleges preferred)
MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics /Engineering (preferred)
Kinaxis certifications will be an added advantage

Any relevant supply chain specific certifications like APICS (desirable)
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $60,445-$169,940

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
