Senior Program Manager - Technical Support Transformation

As a Senior Program Manager - Technical Support Transformation here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage technical support transformation programs and global design model deployments, driving strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

You will report directly to the Sr. Director for Technical Support and L&E based in Atlanta and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work  this role, you will impact the success of Honeywell’s technical support operations by overseeing transformation projects, ensuring alignment with global standards, and deploying innovative design models that improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 6 years of experience managing technical support transformation or service operations.
6 or more years of experience in program management methodologies and tools.

Proven ability to lead global deployments and manage cross-functional teams.

Experience with customer experience improvement initiatives and technical support operations.

Familiarity with project management software and data analysis tools.

WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Experience in global program management and change management.

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in complex environments.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
