We are looking for an experienced QA Tester with strong expertise in Kofax, Jira, and XRAY . The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing design documents, writing detailed test cases, and maintaining test documentation. This role primarily focuses on test case design and documentation rather than test execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview business requirements and technical design documents to develop comprehensive test cases and test plans.
Design test cases for API integrations, interface testing, data exchanges, and end-to-end workflows.
Create specialized test scenarios for Kofax document capture, data extraction, validation, and workflow processing.
Maintain test cases, test documentation, and requirements traceability using Jira and XRAY.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and identify edge cases.
Perform limited exploratory testing when required.
Required Skills4–6 years of software QA experience in an Agile environment.
4+ years of hands‑on experience with Kofax capture and document automation testing.
4+ years of experience with Jira and XRAY for test case management and requirements traceability.
Strong experience writing test cases from business requirements and technical design documents.
Experience designing test cases for API testing, web services, and system‑to‑system integrations.
Good understanding of Angular frontend applications and Java backend/microservices.
Ability to review API payloads, integration flows, and technical specifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Important:
This is primarily a test case authoring and documentation role. Strong experience with Kofax, Jira, and XRAY is required.
