About the Role:

The CRM & Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization's customer relationship management systems operate efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing CRM platforms to enhance customer engagement, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities. The specialist will also oversee compliance monitoring processes, ensuring that all customer interactions and data handling meet legal and ethical requirements.

By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the role supports the alignment of CRM strategies with compliance policies to mitigate risks and improve operational effectiveness. Ultimately, this position ensures that the company maintains a trustworthy relationship with its customers and regulatory bodies through diligent CRM management and compliance oversight.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Compliance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing CRM systems in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to customer data (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Proficiency with CRM software platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in compliance or risk management (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - CCEP).
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or telecommunications.
  • Advanced knowledge of data privacy laws and their application within CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with audit processes and compliance reporting tools.
  • Project management experience related to CRM implementation or compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for relevant teams.
  • Develop and implement compliance protocols related to customer data management and communication practices.
  • Monitor CRM activities to identify and address potential compliance risks or breaches promptly.
  • Collaborate with legal, IT, and customer service departments to align CRM processes with regulatory requirements.
  • Generate regular reports on CRM performance and compliance status for senior management review.
  • Provide training and support to staff on CRM best practices and compliance standards.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and recommend necessary adjustments to CRM policies and procedures.
