Arclin is seeking an experienced Master Data Manager to lead the governance, quality, and lifecycle management of Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance Master Data across our global operations. This highly visible role will support our SAP S/4

HANA transformation by establishing data standards, driving governance initiatives, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple business functions.

• Lead global Master Data governance, policies, and standards.
• Own Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance Master Data processes within SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Drive data quality, data cleansing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support SAP S/4
  
  HANA deployments, data migrations, and transformation projects.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to monitor data integrity and performance.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, IT, and external implementation teams.
• Establish workflows, controls, and governance processes that support scalable business operations.

• 7+ years of Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related experience.
• 5+ years working with SAP ERP systems, including SAP S/4
  
  HANA or ECC.
• Strong knowledge of Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance Master Data.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, data migration, and business transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory, and Finance processes.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or SAP certifications preferred.
