Senior TPM: Reporting & BI Customer Success

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Connect CSS team to own reporting cadences, BI mechanisms, and cross-functional program tracking across Sales Operations and CS COE. You will define data collection, dashboards, and scalable processes to drive accountability and insights for leadership.

You will also lead tooling strategy, automate reporting, and manage complex programs with stakeholders across VP-level organizations, delivering measurable progress
