. Depending on experience this role can be worked fully remote or hybrid within commuting distance to local office.
- Custom salary and bonus structure to maximize compensation

- 4+ years of wholesale E&S MGA Brokerage experience as a Producer, Producing Broker or Producing Underwriter (with binding authority)
- Proven successful book of business revenue exceeding current brokerage KPIs and targets.
- True hunter mentality – ability find new retail relationships within small to mid-size Retail Brokerages
- Expert in E&S Property, Casualty or Professional Liability lines
- Ability to grow business through independent marketing efforts.
- Expert in providing E&S commercial lines with solid carrier relationships.
