A leading insurance carrier is looking to hire a
** Claims Director – Construction Defect.
** In this senior technical role, you will handle a caseload of mid to complex construction defect claims. You will be responsible for a range of complex coverage and litigation matters to ensure claims are handled through to conclusion.
* 5+ years handling construction defect claims (including all related liability matters)
* Exposure handling large loss construction defect claims above $250,000 in value
* Highly experienced within commercial general liability claims
* Extensive exposure to litigation and coverage investigation essential
* Exceptional customer service capability. Excellent relationship management capability
* Extensive experience working for an insurance carrier and /or a TPA
* JD Law preferred but not essential along with multi-state Adjuster Licenses This role is on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office per week) from either NY, NJ, PA, CT, GA, IL, AZ, TX, FL or MA with an excellent salary up to $165,000 plus up to 20% annual bonus, along with a clear career path.
