* Essential Job Functions
* Clearing submissions, rating new & renewal quotes, processing policies and endorsements within written guidelines
* Process premium audits
* Manually bill premium for premium bearing transactions
* Pull files and prepare loss runs
* Set up new business files, handle outstanding receivables
* Clerical/admin support for the Safety & Loss Control department
* Interact with agents/brokers, Chubb Custom Market and WC insurance boards and bureaus and audit department as needed

Job Requirements
* Proficient in;  MS Word,  Excel, math skills, analytical skills, administrative and organizational skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Aviation preferred
