• Manage broker book by reviewing, marketing, quoting and binding new and renewal business.
• Provide support to senior staff members to enable brokers to focus on client relationships and business development.
• Act as liaison between clients and carriers to meet the needs of all stakeholders.
• Obtain all necessary underwriting support.
• Provide post-binding service to clients, including loss history documentation, inspection reviews, and endorsement requests.
• Deliver timely and accurate service to clients.
• Solicit feedback from clients on how we can continue to provide value to their organization.

• Degree in Business or related field with 1-2 years of insurance or related background.
• Understanding of insurance concepts, practices and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of product offerings.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated knowledge of administrative procedures, including managing files, records and diaries.
• Ability to present concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Good knowledge and familiarity with computers and applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to prescribed routines and practices.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Maintain attention to detail.

• Routine decision making and creative skills are required.
• Analytical skills, including the ability to identify and report problems or errors while working with significant amounts of detailed information.
