As they continue to expand, they are seeking a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team and help elevate the client experience.
Position OverviewThe Middle Market Personal Lines Account Manager will manage a designated book of business, providing high-quality service and coverage expertise to our clients. This role requires strong insurance knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and service a book of middle market personal lines accounts (typically high-value homes, autos, umbrellas, recreational vehicles, and specialty lines).
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering timely and professional support.
- Conduct coverage reviews, identify gaps, and recommend solutions based on client needs.
- Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes accurately and efficiently.
- Market new and renewal business, obtain competitive quotes, and prepare proposal materials.
- Maintain strong carrier relationships to ensure optimal placement and issue resolution.
- Support Producers with account rounding and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with agency procedures, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize agency management systems and technologies to maintain accurate records and workflows.
- 3+ years of Personal Lines account management experience, preferably with middle market or high-net-worth clients.
- Active Georgia Property & Casualty License.
- Solid understanding of personal insurance coverages, risk profiles, and carrier guidelines.
- Proficiency with agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS
360, Hawk Soft). - Strong communication, organization, and client service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Experience working with multiple national and regional carriers.
- CIC, CISR, CPRM, or other relevant certifications.
- High‑net‑worth market experience is a plus.
