Who we are
Nirvana is on a mission to harness the power of data to revolutionize commercial insurance and enable a safer world. We are bringing innovation into the legacy, trillion-dollar commercial insurance industry. We have developed predictive models that use real-time IoT data from billions of connected devices, allowing us to better understand and price risk. Our AI-driven platform changes how an insurance company operates with personalized risk scoring, faster underwriting, modernized claims, and proactive, data-driven insights to help customers prevent accidents.
We’re serving thousands of fleets and have more than doubled our written premiums year over year. Our data moat is growing with more than 30 billion miles of telematics data, leading to more predictive models and new insights into reducing risk. Altogether, our loss ratio, efficiency, and customer experience redefine what can be done in the industry.
With $270+ million raised, including our Series D in December 2025, we’re accelerating growth with strong support from top-tier VCs including Lightspeed, General Catalyst, and Valor.
Born as a spinout of Nirvana and backed by the same investors, Vega Claims (AI native insurance claims solution) is building from the ground up to modernize the $250B global market. We are bringing a new era of intelligence to the claims industry with an AI-native platform designed to turn claims into a competitive advantage. By unifying disparate data sources and automating complex adjudication tasks, Vega enables carriers and MGAs to move from reactive processing to proactive resolution.
Partners see a reduction in cycle times and a decrease in loss adjustment expenses (LAE), while delivering a seamless, transparent experience for policyholders.
For too long, the claims process has been a “black box” of manual workflows, fragmented data, and administrative friction.
