Case Manager

Case Managers needed for an agency located in Atlanta, GA! Our client is a premier distributor of life, annuity, long-term care, and securities-based insurance products serving financial professionals nationwide.

HOURS:

8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST DURATION:
Direct Hire WORKPLACE:
In office PAY: $50,000 to $75,000 base salary + Bonus! (To qualify for $70k + you must have over 3 years of recent life insurance case manager experience.) BENEFITS:

• Work with relevant vendors for necessary follow up
• Review and follow up with agents and carriers on all requirements
• Process all insurance cases within Salesforce
• Provide professional correspondence via email and phone
• Understand carrier workflows and carrier specific nuances
• Work closely with their team to meet common goals and assist when able.
• Understand carrier workflows and maneuver carrier websites

• 2+ years of life and annuity insurance industry experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of new business case management in life insurance is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven ability to lead teams with a servant leadership approach
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
