Gujarati Testing Evaluator

The Testing Evaluator position is remote, on-demand, part-time. The evaluator assists with testing language proficiency examinations, interacting with examinees in the evaluator’s native language. Support may be provided via telephone, video conferencing, or another technology-based medium. Tests are evaluated according to scoring criteria, and paid training is provided prior to starting. Evaluators must accept and apply the scoring procedure and maintain consistent scoring, perform repetitive tasks, and handle confidentiality.

• Perform the test in a professional manner
• Follow the process to perform the tasks
• Adhere to guidelines to score the tests
• Enter data on the testing platform in a timely manner
• Provide comments and concerns to the testing department
• Perform pilot tests
• Create and review test items
• Perform other similar duties requested by the Operations and Development Testing department

  Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Current pay range for the position: $9.00 to $30.00 per test. Actual pay depends on factors including education, knowledge, skills, qualifications, certifications, prior experience, market rates, location, and budget.

Part-time/Contingent

Part-time employees are not eligible for ALTA-sponsored benefits.

Remote. All Testing Evaluators must be based in the U.S. We are not able to hire in all states or territories. We are unable to hire applicants in Maine and in Puerto Rico.
