• Advise clients on insurance and indemnification issues in corporate transactions.
• Draft, analyze, and negotiate representations and warranties insurance (RWI) policies.
• Collaborate with partners and cross‑practice teams on complex M&A deals.
• Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, underwriters, and deal counter parties.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.

• 6–8 years of experience in transactional risk insurance, including RWI.
• Prior experience as a broker or underwriter strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent writing, communication, and client‑service skills.
