POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking an experienced Paralegal with 7–10 years of commercial real estate closing experience to join their Atlanta-based legal team. This role will support a high-volume transaction environment, working closely with internal attorneys and external counter parties to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant closings.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced deal environments and enjoys taking ownership of complex transaction workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and review commercial real estate closing documents using digital and e-signature platforms
Conduct detailed title review, including commitment analysis, exception review, and curative title resolution
Coordinate closing logistics with landlords, lenders, originators, and title agents
Track approvals, signatures, and executed documents through digital workflow systems
Communicate independently with attorneys and external parties to resolve outstanding closing issues
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
7–10 years of commercial real estate closing experience (residential-only experience will not be considered)
Strong background in title review and curative title work
Experience in law firm or in-house CRE environments; high-volume transaction settings strongly preferred
Proficiency with Salesforce and digital/e-signature tools
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Process-oriented mindset with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required
