A well‑established and growing plaintiff‑side personal injury law firm in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal or Legal Assistant to support attorneys handling pre‑suit and/or litigation matters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced PI environment and takes ownership of their cases.
Responsibilities- Support attorneys with personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial
- Draft and organize pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and demand packages
- Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and vendors
- Manage deadlines, calendars, and case files
- Assist with trial preparation, mediations, and hearings as needed
- 1+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in personal injury
- Strong knowledge of PI pre‑suit and/or litigation procedures
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow‑up skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office
- Florida PI experience strongly preferred
