LITIGATION ATTORNEY - ATLANTA - REMOTE POSSIBLE
Our client has an immediate need for a litigation attorney in their Atlanta office.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in litigation and courtroom experience. Creditors rights and/or foreclosure experience is a plus.
The attorney in this position will be responsible for handing creditor's rights and title curative matters for the firm, attending mediations, hearings, and trials, and be proficient in legal research, taking and defending depositions, and have excellent communication skills.
