ResponsibilitiesLead legal support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic corporate transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex M&A agreements and ancillary documents.
Provide expert legal counsel on deal structures, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and post-transaction integration matters.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, finance, and external advisors throughout the lifecycle of transactions.
Conduct legal due diligence and oversee outside counsel for corporate transactions.
Keep abreast of industry trends, legislation, and regulatory developments affecting logistics and supply chain operations.
Must-Have SkillsJuris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in the United States.
3-8 years of experience in M&A and corporate transaction legal work, preferably with exposure to technology, supply chain, or logistics industries.
Demonstrated expertise in drafting, negotiating, and executing M&A agreements.
Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience in technology-driven logistics or supply chain start-up environments.
Prior in-house and law firm experience.
Working background with deal management and legal workflow software tools.
