LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to join a dynamic and collaborative legal team in Atlanta. This role supports immigration attorneys and corporate clients with a wide range of employment-based immigration matters. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage complex casework with precision and professionalism. This position offers a hybrid schedule, requiring four days in the office and one remote day per week.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file PERM labor certification applications, including drafting and organizing supporting documentation
  • Coordinate and manage all stages of the labor certification recruitment process
  • Draft detailed support letters for employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions
  • Prepare and file petitions including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E-1, E-2, O-1, and other employment-based visa categories
  • Handle employment-based immigrant petitions, adjustment of status applications, consular processing, and naturalization matters
  • Collect, review, and organize supporting evidence to ensure compliance with USCIS and DOL requirements
  • Maintain consistent communication with corporate clients regarding case strategy, timelines, and document collection
  • Conduct internal case audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Research filing procedures, regulations, and evolving immigration requirements
  • Monitor petition approvals, expiration dates, and case milestones using case management systems
  • Communicate with government agencies as necessary to support case progress
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of business immigration paralegal experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment-based immigration processes and regulations
  • Experience handling PERM labor certifications and temporary work visas (H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2, O-1, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with immigration case management software
