Construction Attorney

A national law firm is seeking an associate with two to four years of complex litigation experience to join its Atlanta construction law practice. The firm is looking for academically distinguished candidates with strong written and oral advocacy skills, including experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial work.

The successful candidate will take on meaningful responsibility within an active and diverse construction practice that includes both complex litigation and transactional matters. Experience in construction law and litigation is preferred, and a background in engineering, architecture, or construction management is considered a plus. The associate will work closely with experienced construction litigation partners who provide active mentoring and direct client contact.

Qualified candidates will be bright, hardworking professionals with sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and a desire for professional growth. An active Georgia law license is required.
