A respected Atlanta law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy transactional practice. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing complex closing transactions and thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
This is not a clerical role. The right candidate will play a central part in coordinating and driving real estate transactions from contract to closing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of commercial real estate closings, including assembling exhibits and schedules, coordinating execution, tracking wires, and post-closing follow-up
- Prepare closing binders and governmental filings
- Draft and revise transaction documents, including title objection responses
- Review title and survey materials, including easements and declarations
- Coordinate calendars and key closing dates
- Draft client communications and support attorneys throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Maintain organized and accurate client files
- 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience preferred
- Strong experience with title and survey review
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Soft Pro Select strongly preferred
- Familiarity with TABS/Practice Master, document comparison tools, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
