Associate Attorney – Commercial and Real Estate Litigation
An established Atlanta law firm is seeking a 4–6-year Associate Attorney to join its commercial and real estate litigation practice. This role focuses on substantive business, contract, and property disputes in state and federal court and offers meaningful responsibility across all phases of litigation.
This is not high-volume HOA enforcement work. The practice includes complex commercial disputes, real property and title-related litigation, and business tort matters.
Representative Matters Include- Commercial contract and business disputes
- Business tort and fiduciary duty claims
- Real property and title disputes, including quiet title and coverage matters
- Creditor and enforcement litigation
- Related state and federal civil litigation matters
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and oversee written discovery
- Develop case strategy and participate in settlement negotiations
- Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Communicate directly with clients and serve as a key point of contact
- Active Georgia Bar license
- 4–6 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence
- Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
