We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our growing practice. If you thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment and are passionate about client advocacy, we would love to connect with you.

As a Litigation Paralegal at Bader Law, you will play a critical role in supporting attorneys through all stages of litigation, from case filing through resolution and trial preparation.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence
• Prepare and respond to written discovery (Interrogatories, Requests for Production, Requests for Admissions)
• Manage litigation files from inception through resolution
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings with lay and expert witnesses
• Review and summarize depositions and medical records
• Draft Complaints and assist in comprehensive trial preparation

• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Provide timely case updates and ensure client questions are addressed with clarity and empathy

• Maintain accurate time entries in compliance with billing guidelines
• Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and court schedules
• Conduct legal research using web-based research platforms

• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience drafting pleadings and managing discovery
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records
• Familiarity with time tracking and billing practices
