Our busy law firm is growing, and we are looking for talent that works hard to represent our clients well. The prime candidate will work seamlessly with both senior partners and administrative staff in an effort to effectively serve clients. If you have family law litigation experience, excellent research and writing skills, can easily use today’s technology, and communicate effectively across all levels, we would love to connect!

• Represent clients in court in custody, child support, and divorce actions
• Preside over paralegals, administrative assistants in connection with keeping track of time records, reviewing client billing, setting up client meetings and completing client projects
• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
• Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings
• Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions

• Minimum of 2 years family law litigation experience
• Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
• Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience
• Prior experience working in a law firm for a minimum of 1-2 years required
• Must be a member of your local bar association - active member preferred
• Ability to use Microsoft Office is required
