Duties- Lead and manage tax controversy cases from inception to resolution.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Maintain and grow a portable book of business.
- Extensive trial experience in tax controversy matters.
- Proven ability to manage a portable book of business, approximately $500K.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission in the state of Georgia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
