Bankruptcy Attorney

A law firm seeks a Bankruptcy Attorney in Georgia. The attorney will manage bankruptcy processes, including plan confirmation, motions for relief, and adversary proceedings. This role requires travel to courts throughout Georgia as needed.

• Represent creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.
• Review legal documents, including notices and pleadings.
• Prepare and respond to written inquiries or disputes.
• Attend and argue motions and hearings in Georgia courts.
• Participate in mediation sessions.
• Provide legal counsel throughout the bankruptcy process.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Admission to the bar in Georgia (State, Federal, and Bankruptcy courts) with CM/ECF filing credentials.
• Minimum of two years' experience in bankruptcy/insolvency matters.
• Strong knowledge of secured creditor issues.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and with senior management.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
