Providence Staffing’s client is seeking an Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing plaintiff-side personal injury practice in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for injured clients

- Manage a plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload from discovery through resolution.
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
- Prepare cases for trial, including trial strategy, witness preparation, and exhibit organization.
- Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings as required.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support motion practice and overall case strategy.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff to drive cases forward efficiently.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing clear updates and strategic guidance throughout the litigation process.
- Minimum of 2 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
. - Strong working knowledge of Georgia civil procedure and personal injury law.
- Demonstrated ability to handle litigation matters independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience using case management software preferred.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Active Georgia law license
, in good standing. - Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Competitive mindset, strong work ethic, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

- Trial preparation or courtroom experience a plus.
