About the Opportunity

A nationally respected Am Law firm is seeking a 4-6 year Real Estate Associate to join its Atlanta office.

This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded real estate platform advising institutional sponsors, developers, REITs, and Fortune 100 companies on high-profile, large-scale transactions across asset classes.

The team handles sophisticated, multi-party deals with national scope, including $1B+ developments and marquee mixed-use and sports/entertainment projects.

Core areas of focus include:

• Institutional sponsor-side acquisitions and dispositions
• Large-scale mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, office, retail, and industrial development
• Borrower-side and mortgage financings
• Joint ventures and long-term REIT/platform relationships
• High-value, multi-party transactions nationwide

Associates work closely with experienced partners on complex transactions and are given meaningful responsibility within lean deal teams.

Senior partners in the group represent Fortune 100 companies, REITs, sponsors, opportunity funds, multifamily developers, homebuilders, and hospitality platforms on acquisitions, development, joint ventures, and senior secured financings across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.

The leadership team is deeply embedded in national sponsor relationships and marquee development projects.

• 4-6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Experience in acquisitions, dispositions, and development
• Borrower-side financings and joint venture experience a plus
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
