Established Atlanta law firm seeking a 4–6 year Commercial Litigation Attorney to handle business, contract, and real estate‑related disputes in state and federal court. Matters include commercial disputes, property and title litigation, and related business claims. This is substantive litigation with meaningful responsibility, including motion practice, depositions, and client interaction.
Qualifications- 4–6 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong motion and deposition experience
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
