Our client, an Am Law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join their Corporate and Transactional practice in Atlanta, GA.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- M&A Transactions
- Cross-Border Matters
- General Corporate Work
Annual Salary Range: $215,000+
- Collaborative & Supportive Environment
- Work/Life Balance
- Minimum of 2 years of corporate & transactional experience within a large law firm setting.
- Experience drafting complex transactional agreements.
- Licensed to practice law in the Georgia.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
- Ability to speak German is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to deatil.
