This is a full-time hybrid position for an experienced Associate Attorney, who may work remotely, but needs to be based in the metro Atlanta, GA area. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, mergers/acquisitions, partnerships, start-ups, commercial leasing , labor and employment law matters, and addressing the general business and litigation needs of clients within the healthcare industry.

• Extensive knowledge and expertise in Corporate and Employment Law
• Ability to provide strategic Legal Advice tailored to client needs and objectives
• Strong skills in Negotiation to effectively draft and mediate contracts and agreements
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions and litigations
• Bachelor’s degree in law (Juris Doctor) and active bar membership in Georgia
• Experience in healthcare or dental-specific legal issues is a plus
