Bill Allred’s son, Andrew Allred, VP at Four Bridges Capital Advisors, helped negotiate the deal. “We love what we do and the people we work with, and we really had no thought of selling BAY,” said Bill Allred. “A number of companies reached out with an interest in acquiring us. Finally, when Veritext came along, Scott and I decided it would be good to know what we were worth in the marketplace.”
