• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Manage a litigation caseload independently, from inception through resolution
• Communicate directly with clients and provide regular status updates
• Collaborate with attorneys across various offices and practice areas

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of one year of defense litigation experience
• Background in general liability, premises, products, transportation, employment, or insurance matters preferred
• Demonstrated experience with discovery, pretrial motions, and legal writing
  
  Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical proficiency
• Courtroom, deposition, or trial experience is a plus
