Job Details

We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate and business contracts, advising clients on commercial real estate acquisitions and financing matters, and ensuring corporate governance and compliance. The attorney will manage due diligence processes, conduct legal research, and represent clients in real estate and corporate legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and business agreements

Provide legal counsel on commercial real estate transactions and corporate compliance

Manage due diligence processes and conduct legal research

Represent clients in real estate and corporate legal matters

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in Georgia

1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate law, acquisitions, and financing

Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance

Skilled in legal research, due diligence, and client advisory

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work on-site in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area

Experience with international business law is a plus
