• Handle workers’ compensation claims from intake through hearings and resolution
• Litigate disputed claims before the appropriate boards or judges
• Conduct depositions and negotiate settlements
• Advise clients throughout the claims and benefits process
• Manage caseload independently with administrative support

• 3+ years of workers’ compensation experience preferred
• Experience handling hearings and negotiating settlements
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases autonomously
• Licensed and in good standing in GA
