Responsibilities- Handle workers’ compensation claims from intake through hearings and resolution
- Litigate disputed claims before the appropriate boards or judges
- Conduct depositions and negotiate settlements
- Advise clients throughout the claims and benefits process
- Manage caseload independently with administrative support
- 3+ years of workers’ compensation experience preferred
- Experience handling hearings and negotiating settlements
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases autonomously
- Licensed and in good standing in GA
- Established regional platform with consistent case volume
- Strong internal support systems and case management infrastructure
- Meaningful client interaction and autonomy
- Collaborative team environment
- Long-term stability within a growing plaintiff-side organization
