Position:
Litigation Attorney
Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our highly esteemed legal team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing complex civil litigation cases, providing legal counsel, and representing our clients in court.

• Manage all phases of civil litigation from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre‑trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
• Conduct thorough and detailed legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, responses, and other legal correspondences.
• Represent clients in court, arguing motions, participating in hearings, and conducting trials.
• Collaborate with legal staff to collect, analyze, and compile information pertinent to each case.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to each client’s needs and case specifics.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients about their legal rights, obligations, and strategies.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes favorably and efficiently.
• Maintain communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and legal developments.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience in civil litigation.
• Admission to the state bar of Georgia (GA) and good standing.
• Exceptional legal research skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a strong ability to draft and review legal documents.
• High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with clients, colleagues, and courts.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in legal research software.
