Job DetailsWe are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Senior Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a seasoned paralegal with a strong background in family law to take a leading role in managing complex cases and contributing to the success of our legal team. The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with our team of attorneys, offering vital assistance while also interacting directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
- Conduct legal research and factual investigation to assist attorneys in case preparation.
- Draft, revise, and finalize legal documents, including motions, briefs, affidavits, and subpoenas.
- Manage and organize case files, including tracking deadlines, and ensuring all necessary documents are obtained and properly filed.
- Assist with trial preparation, including preparing trial exhibits, trial binders, and coordinating witness schedules.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other parties in a professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings and court dates, managing attorney calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law and court procedures.
- Train and mentor junior paralegals and other support staff.
