We are seeking an experienced Business Litigation Paralegal to join our Atlanta litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting complex business disputes from inception through trial.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in business or commercial litigation
  • Strong knowledge of Georgia state and federal court procedures
  • Experience drafting and responding to discovery
  • Trial preparation experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in e-filing and legal document management systems

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in all phases of business litigation matters
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
  • Manage and organize case files (electronic and physical)
  • Coordinate document production and review
  • Maintain case calendars and track critical deadlines
  • Conduct legal research and factual investigations
  • Prepare trial materials, exhibits, and witness binders
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors
  • Support attorneys during hearings, mediations, and trial
