Trueline's client, a nationally recognized law firm with a strong presence in commercial real estate and capital markets, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This is a high-impact role supporting sophisticated CMBS transactions, where your title and survey expertise will help drive deals for institutional clients across the country.
What You'll Do as the Commercial Real Estate Paralegal:
Review and summarize purchase agreements, ground leases, title commitments, and boundary surveys
Prepare key transaction documents including closing checklists, critical dates memos, and title objection letters
Coordinate and manage real estate closings and post-closing activities
Research property tax and ownership information to fulfill title requirements
Draft and maintain leasing documents including commercial leases, amendments, and related agreements
Communicate with title companies, attorneys, and clients to move transactions forward smoothly
Must-Haves as the Commercial Real Estate Paralegal:5+ years of experience in commercial real estate law, with strong emphasis on title and survey review
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
Strong writing, editing, and document management skills
Proactive communication style and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
High level of organization and attention to detail
Nice-to-Haves as the Commercial Real Estate Paralegal:
Experience supporting CMBS transactions
Familiarity with commercial leasing and related document preparation
Prior experience in a national or large regional law firm environment
