National law firm adding Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in their Atlanta office. Responsibilities will include performing due diligence including review of title and surveys; coordinating closings; drafting contract amendments, acquisition/sale documents, and closing statements; and managing title insurance commitments. Candidates must have 5+ years commercial real estate experience in a law firm or legal department, and large, sophisticated transaction experience.
