Core Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, easements, development agreements, and title‑related instruments
- Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and financing matters
- Conduct and manage legal due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, and entity‑related analysis
- Collaborate with partners and clients to structure transactions and provide strategic legal advice
- Coordinate with lenders, developers, brokers, and other external parties to support the successful execution of deals
- Manage multiple matters simultaneously with a high degree of organization and attention to detail
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
- 3–7 years of experience in commercial real estate law (other experience levels may be considered)
- Strong drafting and negotiating skills with a background in commercial real estate transactions
- Ability to analyze complex issues and provide clear, business‑oriented guidance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a smaller team environment
- Strong client‑service orientation and interest in developing long‑term professional relationships
