Litigation Manager

Overview

We are partnering with a global manufacturing organization to identify a Litigation Manager who will serve as the central coordination point for litigated claims across the enterprise division.

This newly created role will manage litigation intake, outside counsel coordination, deadline tracking, discovery support, settlement processing, litigation reporting, and oversight of asbestos matters in partnership with national counsel.

The position works closely with claims and legal leadership and carries significant exposure to bodily injury, product, and general liability litigation.

Ideal candidates will bring defense‑side litigation experience from a corporate legal department, insurance carrier, TPA, or law firm environment, along with strong organizational skills and familiarity with litigation management systems and e‑billing processes.
