This is a hybrid position offering flexibility.
What You’ll Do- Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Communicate directly with clients and provide regular status updates
- Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Active admission in Georgia
- 2+ years of defense litigation experience
- Experience in general liability, premises liability, products liability, transportation, employment, or insurance defense preferred
- Strong experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions required
- Court appearances, depositions, and trial experience a plus
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
