Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 per year

We are seeking someone who appreciates the big picture. A problem‑solving, creative, hungry lawyer eager to obtain justice. Candidate must have experience taking and defending depositions, be intimately familiar with the Rules of Civil Procedure, and should have experience working up complex personal injury matters. Familiarity handling nursing home cases and medical malpractice claims is preferred, as is experience in working with experts and developing expert disclosures/reports.

Responsibilities- Take and defend depositions.
- Work up complex personal injury matters.
- Handle nursing home and medical malpractice claims (preferred).
- Collaborate with experts and develop expert disclosures/reports.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or similar.
- GA Bar membership.
- 3+ years of experience.
- Experience in Personal Injury, Auto Accidents, or Workers' Compensation.
