Real Estate/Corporate Attorney:
Nowack Howard is looking to add an experienced corporate or real estate attorney to our growing firm. Our ideal candidate has six plus years of real estate closings, corporate or real estate law experience and must be licensed to practice law in Georgia. This position offers the opportunity to represent condominium and homeowner associations in a wide range of general corporate matters.

The practice of advising condominium and homeowner associations, much like a county or town counsel, includes advising boards of directors on every-day corporate issues; drafting governing documents and corporate document amendments; covenant enforcement;
Fair Housing Act issues; contract review, negotiation, and enforcement; nonprofit advice; parliamentary procedure; assessment collection advice; intra-corporate and election disputes; and general real estate counsel.
